Customize Folder Tab

I have been going in circles trying to get this fixed. After receiving
some excellent help here, I have restored the view I wanted in my program
files folder.
Does anyone know the procedure to restore the "Customize" tab in the
program files folder? I can't find anything on this, and I know when I am
banging my head against the wall. I have a ghost backup of the folder with
the tab in it, but I cant get that to restore either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated..
