I recently had to reset my folder view options per this
article:

http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/70819-windows-
explorer-folder-view-settings.html

This worked well to get my C: drive views back to show
the default views. (Only God and Microsoft know how they
got changed). I have noticed however that the C drive
properties do not include "Customize" while this is
available on all the other drives.

Is this WAD?
If so Why?

Hi Gerald,

Not to sure why they designed it that way. You might have meant this
tutorial instead though. Glad to hear that it has helped you.

The one you listed is for resetting the folder views to make Vista
remember a user's settings again.
