I just received an answer from Microsoft.....basically be patient.....they
are limiting downloads at this time due to server limitations and "will also
be available for download from the Windows Update site by the end of this
month." Also the file size is 266MB so it WILL take awhile to download.
If your disconnected, on next connection file will resume until file is fully
downloaded.
I guess there are too many of us attempting to upgrade to their "new"
"improved" OS so we can find out what "new" problems they have created for us.
