Dale Richards..

I am not a Computer Guru. I am having 4 or 5 of the same exact problems
that these folks are having.... IE: No download Icon, Windows still shows as
SP1, or partial Download then Bombs... I noticed there are some SP2 install
software in my Control Panel ADD/Remove area yet Download says FAILED...I
like others, would like to resolve this..
What part of the WindowsUpdate.log do you need? The whole file or the last
several days? I would be happy to send a copy of mine if it would help... or
is there a link that migrates possible resolutions into one place (A place
that tackles the above menton Problems in Laymen's terms)..?

I just received an answer from Microsoft.....basically be patient.....they
are limiting downloads at this time due to server limitations and "will also
be available for download from the Windows Update site by the end of this
month." Also the file size is 266MB so it WILL take awhile to download.
If your disconnected, on next connection file will resume until file is fully
downloaded.
I guess there are too many of us attempting to upgrade to their "new"
"improved" OS so we can find out what "new" problems they have created for us.
