Data into Windows Calendar from Outlook *.pst file

My calendar is in Calendar in Outlook in Office XP and available as a *.pst
file. I don't have Outlook in the Office version of my new Vista computer.
How can I get the *.pst data from my old calendar into Windows Calendar which
seems to demand *.ics files.
