What is with the date on the Nvidia display drivers?

How come the nVidia display drivers are listed as this in Windows Update?

"Nvidia Corporation - Video - NVIDIA GeForce3 Ti 200
Date last published: 6/22/2004
Download size: 12.2 MB
NVIDIA display software update released on October 06 2003."

Does that mean they were updated in June, or just "re-published"?
