Daylight Savings

Is there a way to determine whether the daylight savings change will
occur properly?

Yes Temporarily set your PC Date to 3/12/2007, then return it back to the
correct date, once you have verified that it is working properly. Notice
just change the date ahead and not the time. Verification will be that your
PC Clock should be an hour ahead of your wall clock time.
