daylight savings time

We have two computers that are not connected to the Internet. There was a
problem because they thought that daylight savings time began Oct 28. How
can I download the windows update for that, so that I can put it on a CD and
apply the update to these non-Internet connected computers?

Also, what is the Windows Update number for daylight savings time ??
