DC Certificates Disappears after hour(S) - [WP]

I've got an autoenrollment problem.

First Enterprise Root CA, I setup 2 days ago running Wind2003 Ent Edition.

I have about 15 DCs in my domain and in the Root CA Admin Console it shows
that DC certs are assigned to all these DCs but when I go on these DCs and
look in their local certificate container there is nothing.

And if I manually request from any of these DCs it gets it and works fine
for an hour or few hours and then it disappears. It does not disspear from
the CA Admin console it is still there.

Any ideas?
