dcom and plugandplay terminated unexpectedly

Okay, I've read the issues on XP, but it dosen't seem to solve anything.
If it does, I must be pretty dumb.

Well, I get these two problems.

dcom terminates unexpectedly.

plug and play terminates unexpectedly.

Computer is pretty much brand new. I've had it for a few weeks.

What if any version of Vista are you using?
