DCOMLaunch SVCHOST Plug & Play Hi CPU usage

I noticed every time I boot up I hear my computer fan speed up (as if the
computer were working extra hard). When I check Task Mgr I notice SVCHOST
running 30% + cpu at times. I checked the service running and it's the plug
& play service.

I found this to be the solution:

Are you working to fix this annoying problem?

Speaking of annoying problems: you now have posted this two times in
two separate threads. THAT'S annoying.

To answer you: NOBODY HERE is a MS employee. We're all just users who
gather here to learn things and to possibly help others.

I find you annoying. All you do is throw your weight around like a harpy.
Calm down woman.

I can count at least 13 different Microsoft employees posting to this
newsgroup, in all the posts currently still kept on the MS newsserver.

Yeah, and a screwed up group of up tight losers, whiners and blowhards
they are!

I wonder, how many actually can be held accountable for being
responsible for making Vista as messed up as it turned out?

No one cares you pompous ass, the NG has killfiled most of your posts.
You really can't act like a lunatic anymore in fear of your posts being
sent to the trash can. <g>

So, instead of your usual 100 or more insane posts you would make a day,
you have been reduced to about 10.

Pick your spots well Albright and keep them civil, otherwise, off to the
trash can they will go. <VBG>

What's wrong Adam? Did your medication fall between the cracks? Speak with
your nurse and get that enema that you need. Remember to ask the nurse to
insert the tube in your mouth

Nonny isn't an employee of anywhere. He is too stupid to even hold a job.
When Nonny applied at WalMart, they threw his application away. The manager
didn't like color of the crayon he used to fill it out.

Way to go dipshit

Did you find an answer to your query. I am having the same trouble and
working with Microsoft support. Will update you as soon as i get a response
from Microsoft.

Btw, did you try installing the garmin nuvi plug-in thats the last thing i
did which might have caused my CPU to go high.
