Looks normal to me. PlugPlay has to do with pug and play and DCOM is the
Distributed Component Object Model. They need to find a lot of things to
get the OS going.
Svchost is a catchall that runs lots of programs. You can find a lot of
simultaneous instances of svchost running various modules.
