Yesterday evening, I had a message come up telling me that vista
couldn't start up. I pressed a button on the startup problem page to try
and sort out the problem and it directed me to a new account called DCPP
single sign on. I've managed to get the operating system to work again
now but I don't know how to find the password to get rid of the account
now.

How should I find this.:sarc:

Hi,

I'm not exactly sure what you have there, but DCPP is a drive encryption
solution used by enterprise-level companies. If your system comes from your
employer, contact them before you do anything else.

Otherwise, you may need to contact the manufacturer as the process you used
to recover from a startup problem is not consistent with anything provided
for by a standard Vista installation.
