default email program

I have Lotus notes selected in internet options in Explorer, but when I click
on an email address when on a web page, I still get outlook. How do I make it
so I do get Lotus Notes?

Try Control Panel>Default Programs>Set Default Programs>Lotus Notes>Choose
defaults for this program, check URL mail to protocol.

[Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs >] Set Program Access and Defaults >
E-mail: Select "Lotus Notes" here.
