Definition 1.23.4485.0 does not install

I get an error message that says: The following updates were not installed:
Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB915597 (Definition 1.23.4485.0)

Here is information from the WindowsUpdate.log

0x80240017 - -2145124329 - SUS_E_NOT_APPLICABLE
install is not needed because no updates are applicable

If that is not the case then go here and get the latest one:
Microsoft Malware Protection Center
Threat Research and Response

Antispyware: v1.24.4793.0

Windows version? (That's a very old & outdated Defender definitions update.
The current version is v1.24.4793.0.)
