Hi Mary,
This depends on what version of Windows you're using. In Windows Vista,
there's a credential manager in the "User Accounts" app in Control Panel.
(On the left side of the app, under "Tasks", click "manage your network
passwords".)
I don't quite remember where this password manager is in XP since I haven't
used it actively for over a year, but on the sign in window for Messenger
there's a little link that says "Forget me" under the "Remember me" check
box. You can select an account in the drop down box first, then click
"Forget me" and that account will disappear.
