Delete file

Vista seems to have some problem when the internet connection crashes while
downloading. I downloaded a video file, the connection crashed, and now I
have a file that has 0KB, but I cannot delete it (no response at all when I
try, the whole thing just freezes after 10 sec). I can't even open the
properties of the file or rename it or move it anywhere. I tried to delete it
though the dos command window, but that gave the same response. ANy idea of
how I can get rid of this empty file?

Have you tried rebooting and then trying to delete it?
