Delete magnifier

is there a way to permanently disable magnifier. the system will not
allow me to change the file name or delete the file. That is what i
prefer to do (delete)

Click Start, All programs, Accessories, Ease of Access, and Ease of Access Center. Click Make the computer easier to see. Uncheck the option Turn on Magnifier. Click Save.
