Delete Old ID after switching

Hi:
Due to Word issue, I switched a new ID/account which has no issue
as to Word.

However, there is a bit of 'residue' which is still 'old ID' I can see
upon opening an old file that creaced by old ID.

Is there any way to erase old ID which attached to the old file created
by old ID? Certainly, it's no big deal, ... but if can, it's nice to be.
