delete profiles

I was cleaning out the hard drives in a computer lab. I went to c:\users and
deleted everyone except local admin (the log in that i was using). Now the
users that were originally in that folder cannot log in, but other users can.
Any ideas on how to allow previous users to log in again. These computers
are all on a network.
