Delete Temporary Internet Files on Close - Security Question

We have a request to disable Internet Explorer’s Delete Temporary Internet
Files on Close. No problem getting this done… But I just can’t fine any
good credible information on the security risks that could develop because of
this change to the Internet Explorer and deleting the temp files when the
browser is closed.

Where is the IE7 setting to install the automatic "delete"?

Same place as in IE 6:

Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab > Empty TIF folder when browser
is closed
