i know we can delete the windows update folders in the C:\windows folder to
clear up harddrive space. but can i also delete the kb log files that go
along with it?

i have 296 folders using 355 mb's on one pc.

the reason i ask is i need to make some space on a 80gig laptop due to
getting a message there is not enough space to replace bad clusters.

Hello Laurie,

Have a look at this article. It may be relevant to your prºblem.

Save Space After Installing Updates

Check back later, though. I'm sure someone who knows a lot more than I do
about this will be passing through any time now.

Best wishes,
