Delete User

Hi,

I had a person babysit for my dog last month. He had permission to use
my computer and he used Messenger. Now my problem is that when I open
Messenger or Messenger Live, I have his email come up first and I have
to use the drop down arrow to use mine. I really don't want his email
there period.

How, can I delete his user account in my computer? I've read about
going to the Control Panel User Accounts, but I don't see anything
related to his there, only mine.
