deleted items only go into their respective folder.. I need them ALL to should up in the Mail deleted items folder.

How do I get the Deleted Items to all go into the Deleted Items folder so I
don't have to spend all my time try to access deleted items in each
individual account. ?

If you are using the Delete key or Delete button, I don't think you have
any choice. Deleted messages are going to go the deleted folder for
that account.

Instead of using either of those, you could drag the message to the
Deleted Items folder under storage folders, but that's probably more
bother than its worth.

If you are using message rules to delete messages, you should be able to
specify to Move it to the Deleted Items in the Storage Folders.

I don't know if quick views would be of any use to you.
