Deleted mail keeps returning and duplicates

When I delete a message in my inbox and then receive new message th
deleted message comes back and every time I delete it, it returns an
multiplies - my POP3 account now doesn't download - please hel

The message may be stuck on your server. Try accessing via webmail if you
can and see if you can delete it there.
