I deleted someone on accident

Hello.

I've made a very big mistake and I'm a little freaked out about it. I
deleted someone from my hotmail contacts by accidents. This person has
deleted me now, too, and I can't talk to them anymore now. It only happened a
few weeks ago and I've tried everything. Is there any possible way for me to
retreive my contacts list from a few weeks ago? Or maybe another solution?
