deleted updates

I may have accidentally deleted an update at some point before January 10th
because many of the updates I've gotten since then will not install.

Microsoft has been trying, unsuccessfully, to install "Update for Windows XP
(KB934238)" since January 10th, 2008 and each time I got an installation
failure with the error code: 0x80242006. MS has been trying to give me this
Update since Jan 10th, 2008.

(1) Are you running a non-English version of Windows XP *and* (2) are you
using a Unidrv-based printer *and* (3) is Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0
installed *and* (4) are you seeing English text in the print dialog box when
you print something? If you cannot answer Yes to all four (4) conditions,
you don't need to install 934238.
