Registry cleaners are usefull only if you know what to remove. 9 times out of
10 everything that will be listed in there will be along with something else.
even if something is listed in the registry cleaner as an unregistered dll
file how do you know that that is not in use? most keys that are in the
registry control many things. removing something can be more harmfull than it
is worth. take it from someone who has had experience with them. as for the
icon.. if there is a file called windows live in the all programs location
there will be something that says like home and messenger. copy the messenger
(if it is there) and paste it on the desktop.
