Greetings,

As you noticed, when you right-click these contacts there is a Delete option -- this remains
the only way you can remove these.

But why is it grayed out for some contacts? Because you can only remove contacts from the
Privacy lists who have already removed you from their main contact list. Until they do, the
option remains unavailable.

This is terrible, let me explain. I have had "spammers" and "bad" people add
me to their list and it has been blocked and everything else. These bad
people still show up on the list and "delete" is grayed out. I want to get
rid of these people, I don't want them here anymore.

How do we do this?????

You will only get the delete option if the other person has deleted you from
their contact list, as Jonathan has already mentioned.

Hi Don,

In the latter spammer case, their accounts will eventually expire and be removed from your
privacy lists automatically.
