I just changed email addresses and would like to delete my old messenger ID &
email then replace it with a new ID and email. How do I do this?

Thanks for all your help,

Greetings,

Well, assuming you're using an e-mail address from your ISP as opposed to a @live.com,
@hotmail.com or @msn.com (or variants of these) address, you can simply change your Live ID
to the new one and all your existing Messenger contacts and attached Live ID information will
automatically transfer over.

You can do this here:
https://account.live.com/ChangeId.aspx

Hi,

I have followed the link below to change my ID with the new one, but I
receive a error message: "Your Windows Live ID can´t be changed. Your Windows
Live ID can´t be changed at this time."
Whats the reason?
And whats the solution for this? How can I replace my ID?

Thanks,
Wax

I just have found that Hotmail and Msn accounts (as mine )
can not be changed? Is this really so? Or is there some alternative option to
closing down my account and adding my msn contacts all again?
I really hope there is...

Thanks,

Wax
