Hey glamart--
The way you get permissions to act on the folder are to take ownership of
the folder however, do not try to get rid of a program by simply deleting
the folder unless you are doing so as part of a manual uninstall. There are
registry keys and values, and .dlls involved often so if you incompletely
uinstall by deleting the folder, you may be in for problems in the future
installing a newer version, etc.
