Deleting Security Updates?

I am "cleaning up" my computer. Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but
can you delete Security Updates/Patches through Add/Remove Programs once they
have been installed? I certainly don't want to do it if I shouldn't, but
there are so many listed if I can I want to get rid of them.

Do NOT uninstall them from Add/Remove Programs as the system will be
vulnerable to any exploit that the update addresses.
