greetings,

I'd like to delete a shared folder using Options-->Shared Folder->remove
userx.
I don't know the effects of my deletion on the userx 's computer.
When we will meet on line together, Will his folder be deleted too? Will he
lose the file inside because of me?
And ...Will he receive an adv about my deletion?

Thanks a lot in advance

Greetings,

If you just remove the Sharing Folder, the next time he signs in it should just no longer
synchronize them. The files should still be there. It'll simply say that you have Sharing
Folders off.

However, if you keep the folder, but just delete the files within, then it would delete the
files too. The message in this case would be that the folder has been updated.

Regardless, Sharing Folders should be considered a temporary holding area. Anything you want
to keep should be moved to the Documents folder or elsewhere (since either party can remove
the file).

Thanks so much. I was studying the way to delete the file in my pc,
preventing the deletion in the pc of my friend.
So I'll just turn off the sharing option with him and then I'll delete my
folder.

Greetings
