Deleting unneeded updates.

Have a site running low on disk space, currently WSUS is set up to sync
everything, in English. We have decided it would be better to just pull down
the patches we need, this has now been set up. Problem is, how do we delete
all the content we have no longer decided to maintain? Is there a tool that
can delete just the patches we are no longer syncing, or do we need to delete
everything, and re download just what we need? (If so, is it just a matter
of deleting all files, or do we need to tell WSUS that they are missing)
