Dell Poweredge 1750 - USB problems code 35

Got two installs of Windows 2000 on this server and one is OK the
other one is not.

I go into device manager and USB is ! flagged with the following
error:-

Your computer's system firmware does not include enough information
to
properly configure and use this device. To use this device, contact
your
computer manufacturer to obtain a firmware or BIOS update. (Code 35)


Any ideas?
