Denied access to encrypted files on my old HD.

Hi,

My old laptop died, and I'm accessing the HD from my new computer. Now I
can't access a handful of files I think I encrypted a long time ago; can't
change the permissions, don't know how to import the key. Any suggestsions?

If you used the EFS file encryption and did not perform a backup of the
encryption certificates, you may not be able to recover those files.
