Deny to save the privilege changes abt {00020430-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\2.0\0\win32

hi, all

I need to get the full control privilege abt
TypeLib\{00020430-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\2.0\0\win32,while when i
assign the whole control privilege to the administrators and save it, it
occures the error meg"cann't save the privilege changes abt
{00020430-0000-0000-C000-000000000046},cann't access"? i donn;t know y? and
is there anyways to solve it? my system is windows vista ultimate.
