Most drivers are *.SYS files which run in kernel mode. There is not separate
EXE file, for which you can diable DEP.
But if you think DEP is part fo the problem, you can disable it across the
entire system - at least, as a troubleshooting/diagnostic step. In Vista you
need to configure this by using the BCDEdit command, and rebooting the
machine. See:

You probably wouldn't want to leave DEP permanently disabled. Even if you
confirm that the Canon driver is incompatible with DEP, you might still be
stuck ... unless Canon are willing to release an updated driver.
