How to deploy WSUS settings in NT4 domain?

We have 500 computers and want to enable "NoAutoRebootWithLoggedOnUsers" in
our NT4 domain. Had tried to use registry key
"NoAutoRebootWithLoggedOnUsers"=dword:00000001 , but fail.

What goes wrong, exactly?

Please post all your WSUS registry settings, which you can export into text
format using this command:

reg export HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Win dows\WindowsUpdate
wsus.reg
