Deploying Live Messenger via Group Policy Software Installation

I'm trying to allow my users to install WLM to their desktops themselves
without the need for administrative intervention. There doesn't seem to be
any MS documentation as to how this might be achieved. I've seen some
documents on appdeploy and other sites referring to modifying the MSI using
ORCA to allow advertized installs, but as yet I'm having no luck - there
seems to be a problem with a device driver installation as a sub-section of
the main installer that's causing it to fail - I get the feeling this could
be linked to the end-user not having administrative rights, but I'm not sure!

Any ideas on how I might proceed would be greatly appreciated.
