Description of the opened windows in taskbar

I have recently come up with a problem.
The windows that represent the opened programs in my taskbar don't have a
text description.

example:
I see this
instead of this


Any solution?

If you open enough windows that will happen. As the taskbar fills with open
programs, each tab gets smaller to accommodate the others.

I am aware of the grouping if you open some windows but that's not the problem.

I discover that the error occur after the installation of a theme file.

I get in contact with the creator of the theme and finaly i can see the
descriptions as before.
