Desk top icon for all users

I want to add a desk top icon for all users which folder would I put icon in
so that all user see it after logging in. I use Vista Business edition.

Click Start/all programs/accessories/Run, and type:

%allusersprofile%

This holds the all users desktop folder.

Sorry, I forgot that was now virtual. Try:
C:\Users\Public\Desktop
