The message means what it says. The file the shortcut refers to was moved
from wherever it was when the shortcut was created. Or worse, it was
deleted.
Follow Mick's advice and do a search for it.
if that doesn't work, search simply for "xls" and see if it's one of several
files with that extension. Or open Excel and see if it's accessible from the
recently opened documents list. Or try "Recent items" from your start menu.
