Google for "How to change my desktop background in Windows Vista" or "How to
change my desktop background in Windows 7"
Vista allowed for movie backgrounds out of the box. A little processor
intensive.
Active Desktop is *gone*. You can google for "Active Desktop in Windows
Vista" or "Active Desktop in Windows 7" for more on that.
