I can't change my background anymore if i want to acces my backgroun
options (, background , desktop icons, etc) this messsage appears: D
systeebeheerder heeft het onderdeel Beeldscherinstellingen in he
Configuratiescherm uitgeschakelt. Neem contact met de systeembeheerde
op. It means something like this; The administrator has the displa
options in the configuration screen disabled. Contact you
administrator.
But there is no administrator, well there is one, me, but nobody els
has been able to use my computer.
The option was disabled since last wednesday when i discovered m
computer was infected by multiple trojans, god knows how, i go
bullguard 8.0 and avg to protect my computer. The background went whit
with a warning message about a virus infection. I let bullguard ru
mulitple full scan and he healed/deleted all the infected files. Afte
that the background went blue but there are no infections found by av
nor bullguard..
It probably will be some last portions of the main virus but how to ge
rid of it

Hello Wingeddrac0

You might see if enabling the options in this tutorial will allow you
desktop to be able to be changed again

Hope this helps

Verifica las politicas locales. Para esto start - run/ o ejecutar - ingresa
gpedit.msc y presionamos enter. Luego nos dirijimos y verifcamos la
configuracion.

Ruta - Configuracion de usuario - plantillas administrativas - escritorio -
escritorio

Suerte y saludos

Try scanning your computer in Safe Mode to remove all of the garbage.
Also, try Spybot Search & Destroy as well as Malwarebytes, and your
anti-virus in SM.

http://www.spybot.info/en/index.html

Spybot Search & Destroy 1.6 is a very good, FREE Anti-Spyware Program.
Download, install, update, and immunize your System with it.
Then SCAN with it.
Update it, and scan your System once a fortnight.

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Malwarebytes is as the name says, a Malware Remover!
For the Free version scroll down their page to either download from
Download.com, or Major Geeks.com

Download, install, and update.

Important re: Safe Mode
If you happen to find a problem that you can’t uninstall / delete, reboot
the computer, and go into Safe Mode.
To get into Safe mode, tap F8 right at Power On / Startup, and use UP arrow
key to get to Safe Mode from list of options, then hit ENTER.
RESCAN your computer with your Anti-Virus, Malwarebytes and Spybot S & D
while in Safe Mode.
