Desktop Composition Setting is disabled

Hi there, volunteers
I my Event Viewer/Windows log/App
Information (not Warning nor Error) just Info, perhaps not that important
Info

the Desktop Window Manager was unable to start because
the Desktop Composition Setting is Disable

Reading on Microsoft Technet and Google it seems it has many functions,
when enable it may even slow down computer,
Still like to know where to find enable and disable, it don't show in
Computer management under services
I have set for best performance and let computer decide whats best for the
computer

U have set Best for Performance.....
so check *Enable Desktop Composition*

OR

To enable DWM (Desktop Window Manager) Service ... run Regedit.exe
Navigate to:
*HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servi ces\UxSms*
and Change or modify *Start *DWORD value to *2*

Restart your Windows to take effect.
