U have set Best for Performance.....
so check *Enable Desktop Composition*
OR
To enable DWM (Desktop Window Manager) Service ... run Regedit.exe
Navigate to:
*HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servi ces\UxSms*
and Change or modify *Start *DWORD value to *2*
Restart your Windows to take effect.
