Step 1 - Install updated video drivers. Only get them from Dell's
website for your specific model laptop. Test. If this fixes things,
you're done. If not, see Step 2.
Step 2 - Call Dell tech support for repair/replacement because normally
when this happens it is because the video card (chip) is failing. Since
this is a laptop, you can't fix this yourself.
