Do you have the Active Folder software installed?

Don't you know what third-party programs you've installed? Look on your
Programs list.

1. Look on your Programs list.

2. Contact your IT Dept.

3. Since you don't know much about computers - and I mean nothing
hurtful by saying that, I'm just being practical - have a computer
professional come on-site to fix things if you don't have an internal IT
Dept. This will not be someone from BigComputerStore/GeekSquad. It will
be impossible to try and fix something in a newsgroup if you don't even
know how to see what has been installed on your computer. Again, I'm not
saying this to be mean to you - just being realistic.
