Has anyone come up with a solution to enlarge the size of desktop Icons? I
have created several desktop Icons on my Desktop pointing to Websites.
Initially when crested they appear as the default "E". I chnage them to a
different symbol...for wahatever reason(s) occassionally they revert over
time back to the default "E". When I try to use properties and change them
back to what I had been using, they won't...the "E" remains. If I try a
different symbol, they will change. Over time I have gone thru this
procedure 2 or 3 times, and when I try to chnage them to any of the 2 or 3
Symbols previously used they won't change....so I must select a symbol never
used. I have the desktop set at Classic Icons..... If I use the mouse
scroll and decrease Incon size....the last selected Symbol will appear (but
for my eyes the Icons are too small). I have selected Meduim Icons, the
symbols revert to the "E".
Surely there must be a solution to maintain symbols and make them a size
larger that are pleasing to my eyes.
