How can I change the color of the icon title as white is not visible on most
wallpaper. Thanks.

Hi Sonson

One option is to check the "Use drop shadows for icon labels o
dekstop" option in Visual Effects. This tutorial will show you how to i
needed

Another option, is to use this great little free program calle
"D-Color-XP". It works fine in Vista. You can see more on it here

I used the D Color to change the desktop icon title. Now I can read.
