Desktop icons changing their size

Hi!

I have set the size of my desktop icons to Medium using a right-click
context menu on my desktop. Everything is fine but sometimes (mostly after
installing some new applications) icons become smaller. Then I have to
refresh and they come back to their medium size. It is really annoying. Must
be some kind of Vista bug (?)
Any solution? How to prevent icons against changing their size?

Did you know you can hold down the "Ctrl" key and move the mouse scrol
up and down to change icon size?

That same bug happened to a buddy of mine. When he adjusted the icon
using that method it stopped. Good luck.
